HospiceDirectory.org is a subsidiary of its founding sponsor, the Hospice Foundation of America (HFA). Each day HFA receives calls and e-mails from families and individuals desperately searching for a hospice. They come to HFA because we are the premier consumer website on hospice and end-of-life care.
